RE:twang
RE:twang is
a very occasional project that will feature guitars that have been
given a complete new lease of life. We have two in the
pipeline:
- a '82 Tokai Telecaster: upgraded pots, socket and wiring, orange
drop caps, new 4 way switch to increase pickup options, two part
slab ash body, natural finish, maple fb. So 95% original parts /
150% original performance.
- a '99 DeArmond X-155, virtually mint, fitted with vintage '60s
Guild logo Bigsby (that simply screws into the existing holes) and
roller bridge. All original parts included, if the new owner wants
to go back to stock. Looks and sounds incredible. The ultimate
rock'n'roll axe with USA GoldTone pickups. Full pro set up even
before the new work commenced. Very special.
